Sold as-is for parts or repair. You will want to recone or replace the woofers. I think the tweeters are probably fine, but not guaranteed. The speakers technically work, but sound no better than they look.

Forgot to mention but shown in the pictures - there is some sort of white speckling on the stage-right side of one of the speakers. It didn't wipe clean easily
