DISPATCH TIMES

All orders are dispatched in accordance with the dispatch / handling time and order cut-off time stated on the relevant eBay listing.

Please check the individual product listing for the applicable dispatch time before placing your order, as this may vary depending on the product, length, quantity or whether additional preparation is required.

Orders placed before the cut-off time shown on the listing will be processed in accordance with the advertised dispatch schedule.

Orders placed after the stated cut-off time, at weekends or on UK Bank Holidays will normally begin processing on the next working day.

Products requiring our free cutting service, special preparation or larger quantities may require additional processing time. Where applicable, we will advise you if this is expected to affect dispatch.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

Depending on the product and delivery location, we normally offer:

• Express Delivery approximately 12 Working Days
• Collection in Person where available

COLLECTION IN PERSON

Where Collection in Person is available on the listing, customers are welcome to collect their order directly from us.

TRACKING

Where a tracked service is used, tracking information will be uploaded to eBay after dispatch.

You may also receive delivery notifications directly from the courier using the email address or telephone number associated with your eBay order.

Buyers can use the tracking information provided through eBay to follow the progress of their delivery.

Please note that delivery times are estimates. Although the vast majority of orders arrive within the expected timeframe, occasional delays caused by couriers, weather, transport disruption or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

URGENT ORDERS

CHECKING YOUR DELIVERY

Please inspect your parcel and products immediately upon delivery.

It is the buyer's responsibility to check that the correct products and quantities have been received and to inspect them for any visible damage immidiately after delivery.

If you notice any damage to the packaging or products, missing items or an incorrect item, please contact us through eBay within 24h from delivery and provide clear photographs of:

• The damaged or incorrect product
• The outer packaging
• Any visible damage to the parcel
• The shipping label where relevant

This allows us to investigate the issue quickly and, where necessary, raise a claim with the courier.

LONG & OVERSIZED PRODUCTS

Many of our flooring profiles, stair nosings and thresholds are long or oversized items and may be delivered using specialist or long-length courier services.

Delivery times and services available for these products may differ from those available for standard-sized parcels.

Please refer to the individual eBay listing and checkout for the delivery options available for your specific product and postcode.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE OUR STANDARD SERVICE AREA

Certain UK locations, including some Scottish Highlands, islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and other remote or offshore areas, may be subject to different courier services, longer delivery times or additional charges depending on the product.

All dispatch, delivery and collection information shown on the individual eBay listing at the time of purchase will take priority where it differs from this general delivery information.

We offer a FREE cutting service on selected products purchased from Cayrus World of Finishing.

Please note the following conditions:

• Free cutting is available only on products purchased directly from us through this eBay listing.
• If you require an item to be cut to a specific length, please contact us through eBay Messages with your required measurements. We recommend confirming your cutting requirements with us before placing your order where possible.
• All cutting instructions and measurements must be provided clearly in writing through eBay Messages.
• Please allow a cutting tolerance of approximately ±4mm on each cut.
• The buyer is responsible for providing the correct measurements and cutting instructions. We cannot accept responsibility where incorrect dimensions have been supplied by the customer.
• Products that have been cut to the customer's requested size cannot be returned due to a change of mind, incorrect measurements or ordering the wrong size.
• This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty, damaged or not as described.
• Orders requiring cutting may take slightly longer to dispatch, particularly where multiple products or multiple cuts are required.
• For products supplied with pre-drilled fixing holes, the position of the holes in relation to the ends of the profile may change after cutting. Wherever possible, we will position the cut to achieve a balanced and symmetrical finish, but this cannot always be guaranteed.

Please ensure that all measurements are checked carefully before submitting your cutting instructions, as cut-to-size products are prepared specifically for your order.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

CHANGE OF MIND / WRONG ITEM ORDERED

If you change your mind or order the wrong product, please request a return through eBay within 30 days of delivery.

Returned products should be:

• In their original condition
• Complete with all parts, fixings and accessories supplied
• Securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit
• Free from alterations, cutting, installation marks or damage caused after delivery

You may inspect the product as you would reasonably be able to do in a shop. Where an item has been used, installed, damaged or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, any refund may be reduced where permitted by applicable consumer law and eBay policy.

For change-of-mind or incorrectly ordered returns, return postage costs are the buyer's responsibility where specified in the eBay listing and return policy.

Any refund of the original delivery charge will be handled in accordance with eBay policy and applicable UK consumer law.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

All orders should be checked immediately upon delivery. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the products as soon as they are received and to report any visible damage, missing items or incorrect products within 24h from delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete or different from the item ordered, please contact us through eBay within 24h from delivery.

Please include clear photographs of the product, packaging and any visible damage when opening your return request. This helps us investigate the issue quickly and, where applicable, raise a claim with the courier.

Where an item is faulty, damaged in transit or has been supplied incorrectly by us, we will arrange the appropriate resolution in accordance with eBay's policies and your statutory consumer rights.

CUT-TO-SIZE, SPECIAL ORDER & PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

Products that have been cut to a customer's requested length, specially ordered, manufactured to specification or otherwise personalised cannot normally be returned simply because the buyer has changed their mind or ordered incorrectly.

This includes products that have been cut, modified or specially prepared specifically for your order.

This does not affect your rights where the product is faulty, damaged or not as described.

RETURNING YOUR ORDER

All returns for products purchased through eBay should be started through the eBay Returns process so that the return can be correctly recorded and tracked.

Returned products must be securely and appropriately packaged for transportation.

Long products such as aluminium profiles, stair nosings, door thresholds, trims and similar items are particularly vulnerable to damage during transport. These products must be adequately protected against:

• Bending
• Crushing
• Scratching
• Dents
• Chipped edges
• Damage to decorative finishes or protective film

Simply taping profiles together or attaching a courier label directly to the product does not provide sufficient protection for return transport.

Where a product is returned damaged because it has not been adequately packaged by the buyer, this may affect the amount refunded where permitted by applicable law and eBay policy.

We strongly recommend retaining the original packaging until you have inspected the products and are satisfied with your order.

RETURN POSTAGE COSTS

Where the buyer has changed their mind, ordered the incorrect product, selected the wrong size, colour or specification, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs where this is stated in the eBay listing.

Where the item is faulty, damaged in transit, not as described or an incorrect product has been supplied by us, return postage will be handled in accordance with eBay's return process and applicable consumer law.

REFUNDS

Once the returned products have been received, they will be inspected before the refund is processed.

Products should be returned in the same condition in which they were received, allowing only for reasonable inspection.

If a returned product has been:

• Opened and removed from the clear cello wrap
• Installed or fitted
• Cut or altered
• Used
• Damaged after delivery
• Returned with missing parts or fixings
• Damaged due to inadequate return packaging

the amount refunded may be reduced where permitted by applicable consumer law and eBay policy.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original eBay transaction and payment method.

Please allow the normal processing time for the refund to appear in your account after it has been issued.
