Returns Policy: Personalised Items
I don’t accept returns on personalised items unless there’s a fault or an error on my part. If something’s wrong, please contact me as soon as possible. Faulty items must be returned within 30 days.
Returns Policy: Non-Personalised Items
Returns are accepted under certain conditions. Contact me within 14 days of receiving your item, and return it within 30 days in its original, unworn condition. Return shipping is your responsibility. If you ordered multiple items, I’ll refund delivery costs proportionately.
