Leather Shifter Boot Only
Fits: 4th Gen Ram Trucks equipped with the Business Center Console and G56 Transmission.
Compatibility with short throw shift towers has not been tested and cannot be guaranteed.
Installation Instructions:
To install the shifter boot, trim the tray as needed.
Use a piece of approximately 1/8" thick plastic (not included) to sandwich the shifter boot against the inner side of the cup holder.
Layer order: plastic cup holder → shifter boot → plastic backing.
Secure the layers using short, large-diameter self-tapping screws from the inside out.
Once secured, trim or grind any excess screw length that protrudes where the cup holder tray slides into the console.
For a cleaner, more finished appearance, fold the top edge of the shift boot inward.
You may need to pull a few threads depending on your desired boot height.
To prevent the boot from sliding down, apply electrical tape to the shifter’s inner side, or tape the boot to the underside of the shifter after folding the top edge in.
