Estimated delivery times (ETA) are not guaranteed. Many factors may affect transit times depending on the postal service or carrier used. Please note that order processing may take up to five (5) business days as shipments are prepared in the order they are received.

If your order cannot be delivered for reasons beyond our control, we are not responsible for the cost of re-shipping. If the buyer chooses not to pay the re-shipping fee, only the item’s cost will be refunded—original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a buyer orders an item by mistake and it has already been shipped, the buyer must cover the return shipping cost. A restocking fee may also apply, depending on the total sale amount.
