All electric scooters have a build in or external battery that needs to be charged from time to time. This can be done by attaching the charger to the battery or the electric scooter. There are a few things you need to keep in mind when you charge your electric scooter;

Plug the battery charger into the wall outlet first before plugging it into the scooter or bike. When charging is complete disconnect the scooter from the charger first, then unplug the charger from the wall outlet.

 

Most electric scooters offers you outstanding safety. Most battery are designed to prevent problems like short circuits, over-current, over-charging, and over-heating. But you can never to be too cautious.

Watch out with charging overnight.

Although we are certain that most manufacturers are only using the best components to build reliable electric scooters you should never leave your batteries charging without supervision.

Returns
- ALL returns require a Return Authorization (RA). Contact Wacky Hippo for a RA before returning item.
- Request for return must be made within 14 days of receipt of the item. Only NEW/UNUSED units can be returned.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable. ($14.00 for this unit)
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Returns must be shipped in original carton with ALL original documentation.
- To receive a refund or credit, returned items must be in original packaging, unused, in original condition.
 
Damaged Items
Free replacement parts will be shipped out if any damage occurs. Customers are responsible for replacing these parts. Should the item be majorly damaged beyond warranty repair, a return for a full refund will be offered. If damage is not reported within 48 hours of receiving the item, the shipping companies will not honor the damage claim and the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges.
 
Guarantee:
Products are guaranteed to be quality merchandise. Many products carry a manufacturer's warranty. Defective products will be handled under the manufacturer's warranty. Wacky Hippo WILL NOT accept returns or replace defective products that fall under the manufacturer's warranty coverage. Buyer should notify Wacky Hippo immediately upon discovery of any product defect. Defective items must be returned for replacement in accordance with our distributors return policy. We will replace all defective items that meet the return/replacement requirements, but will not accept any liability for loss or inconvenience cased buy their use or failure. All warranties are voided if defect has been caused in whole or in part by improper installation, abuse or misuse. We reserve the right to withhold issuance of credit until returned defective part has been examined and tested.

Buyer assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of motorized products and holds Wacky Hippo and the manufacturer harmless of any liability.
