In my humble opinion the Album is in SEALED condition.

There were several promotional items made for Pokemon Topps Series 1:

The Album consists of front/back, checklist page, 9card ringbinder pages, 2 screws and 1 Jumbo Silver foil Pikachu.

The Topps Company, Inc. is a company that manufactures trading cards. The company was founded in 1938 and is based in New York City. Although they are most well-known for manufacturing sports cards, they have made 9 regular Pokemon trading card sets and 2 promotional Chrome sets.
