We can arrange for any shipping speed or service you'd like. We ship every day Monday - Saturday from Minneapolis, MN.
Let us know before 2PM central time if your order is urgent and we will make sure it ships as quickly as possible. Message us with your UPS, FedEx or DHL account number if you'd like us to ship on your billing account.
We accept payments by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer or check.
We can accept your company PO also, just text our contact number.
Outside of warranty issues, we have a 30 day return policy. Within this period, returns are accepted for any reason.
We will issue a full refund once we've received your returned item.
Most items we sell come with a 1 year warranty. Handheld barcode readers are guaranteed for 6 months.
