1914 Antique Edwardian Victorian Eastlake Wood Picture Frame Mother Child Print

Size: 10.75"w×24.75"t×1"d, image inside frame 9"×18"

Antique auction find. The image inside the frame is dated 1914. Print of mother and child was possible something given out but the Bank of Tarentum, Pennsylvania-see pictures. A small area of possible water staining.  The black lacquered frame has some wearing and scuffs of surface color and edges. Frame comes with a paper backing, a glass front, and a wire hanger. Item is old and has wearing.  Please see pictures for overall condition and feel free to ask questions.
