Special Notes for External Signal Input
1. 0-5V Input Mode: Switch to 0-5V input mode via button. Input 0-5V analog signal via terminal block to control speed. Maximum voltage must not exceed 5V. Factory default mode (ensure on-board potentiometer is set to minimum).
2. 1-4.2V Input Mode: Press the button to switch to 1-4.2V input mode. Connect the signal to the terminal block. Control speed with a 1-4.2V analog signal, not exceeding 5V. This mode is primarily for use with Hall-effect handles (remember to set the on-board potentiometer to minimum).
3. PWM Input Mode: Press the button to switch to PWM input mode. Input the PWM signal through the terminal block to control speed. Optimal amplitude: 3-5V; optimal frequency: 1K-10KHz (Remember to set the on-board potentiometer to minimum).
4. Forward/Reverse, Brake, and Stop Ports: Maintain low-level active. Connect external switch ports to ground for corresponding control. Alternatively, an external MCU can provide low-level signals. All front-row control terminals are low-voltage signals directly input to the MCU controller. Avoid contact with high-voltage or high-current sources.
Product Specifications
1. This driver module exhibits rapid acceleration response. Instantaneous startup current is extremely high during full-throttle power-on. Maintain sufficient margin; avoid high-voltage, high-power, full-throttle reversing starts. Additionally, braking generates significant impact forces. Do not brake during high-voltage full-speed operation, as forced operation may damage power transistors and chips. Operate only after reducing throttle to 50% or below.
2. The rated maximum voltage (60V) and maximum power (300W) are limit parameters under specific conditions. Actual application requires operating with a safety margin. Note: This driver is a DC three-phase brushless controller without Hall sensors; motors without Hall sensors can still operate normally.
