This superb camera is in perfect working order. Cosmetically it is in excellent condition, with only light marks on it. It has had little use from new and has just had a new memory back-up battery fitted, so I'm including a 12-month warranty with this camera. It is packed with features such as 10X optical zoom, image stabilization, full colour viewfinder and 3CCD optical sensors. It has many connectivity options including DV-out and USB. Full quality DV can be captured via USB to a computer with Widows Movie Maker or other capture software installed (see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LGfQpY__F3U   ). It is compatible with MiniDV and SD formats (memory card and a new sealed MiniDV tape included to get you started). This great looking camera records and transfers video in excellent quality.

12 Month Warranty:
I warrant to repair, replace or reimburse you for the cost of your camcorder up to 365 days after purchase, in the event that the item does not function properly.  This warranty is subject to the conditions below.*

2. You must notify me in writing of the fault, setting out as much detail as possible and returning the item properly packaged to me
3. I will repair the item if it is reasonable to do so, or if this is not reasonable, offer you a suitable alternative (if possible the same make and model or if not, with similar features and of a similar value). Only in exceptional circumstances will re-imbursement be offered
4. This warranty shall not apply in the following circumstances:

1. the item has been damaged due to inappropriate use or treatment, for example only, dropping onto a hard surface or immersion in liquid,

2. the item has been adapted or repaired after sale,

3. the ‘warranty void if removed’ label has been removed, damaged or defaced

             The giving of this warranty does not imply that any liability is accepted for any loss or damage  caused by use of the item.
