One side the lense or lense cover is clouded?
Looks deliberate.
Inside the lenses look clear enough.
I dont see any signs of fungus looking through it.
It could do with a clean though as it's not completely clear.
But I think it's dust.
Comes in wooden case .
There is a date 1973.
I take it that it was in service before then.
It may have been mothballed in 1973 as next check date is 1994.?
