Unique offering of a post office package of 49 full mint sheets of the 4c Project Mercury issue of 1962 with the original cover and 49 of the 100 sheets stapled together. This packaging is how a post office would receive sheets of stamps from the distribution center for retail delivery. This is the first of these distribution packages that I have ever encountered! Great collectible for the mint sheet or space history enthusiast.

Please note: this is offered and priced as a single item. I will not remove individual sheets from the packet for separate sales. I have confirmed that there are 49 of the original 100 sheets, plus the cover, remaining.
