1. Returns Refused (Non-Defective): We refuse all returns for buyer’s remorse, slight cosmetic variations (e.g., amount of flocking, minor branch shape differences), or if the buyer simply changed their mind. Please ensure you review the size and features carefully before purchase.

2. Returns Accepted (Defective/Damaged): Returns are only accepted if the item is proven to be DOA (Dead on Arrival) or has major damage or a defect that makes it unusable. You must notify us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photo evidence of the damage.

3. Return Shipping: If a return is approved for a defect, we will provide a return label. If the return is requested for a reason not covered above and is accepted at our sole discretion, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply.
