Up for sale is a fantastic, large and detailed plat map of the Observatory Circle & Embassy Row neighborhoods in Washington D.C. This colored, lithograph map was published in 1931 in Baist's Real Estate Atlas of Washington D.C - Vol. 3. Published by G.Wm. Baist's & Sons, Philadelphia. Large map that measures approximately 25 x 34 inches. Great detail down to specific property owner and information about buildings.

Overall map is VG condition. It is linen backed. Some browning and minor discoloration.  A few minor stains and creases at edges. Other dings here and there. Will look great framed.
