RETURNS

  Right of withdrawal

The client will have a maximum period of ten (15) business days from the delivery of the product or the contracting of the Service to withdraw, totally or partially, from the purchase of the product and/or Service, in accordance with applicable legislation.

Once the period of ten (15) business days has ended, Outlete will not accept returns due to withdrawal of product purchases or cancellations of Services.

The return costs will be borne by the customer, and will not be made until OUTLETE communicates it by email.

In the case of batteries, they have a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. The semi-gel and gel batteries come charged from our facilities, the acid batteries will be charged personally by the client. OUTLETE will not even be responsible for the one-way transportation. or return from misuse of the batteries or non-use of the battery. IF THE USER DISCHARGES THE BATTERY WHEN STARTING THE VEHICLE, OUTLETE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE POSTAGE OF THE BATTERY COLLECTION.

Outlete is not responsible for damaged packages due to transportation. The claim will be made directly to the transport company.

Outside of the 24-hour period, the transport company is not responsible for it nor will the transaction of the operation carried out be returned.

Data necessary for the company to accept transport insurance:

•          Images of the packaging from all its parts to demonstrate the impact during transport.
•          Images of the damaged product along with the parts if necessary.

Outlete will not replace the damaged item until the transport company authorizes us to replace it.

RETURN OF THE AMOUNT PAID

In the event that the customer returns the merchandise, a refund will be made to the customer's account as a result of this return, within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise.

 The return cannot take place in any case if the products supplied were clearly subject to use and without the original packaging.

The products must be returned correctly protected, in perfect condition (not damaged or soiled by the customer) with all accessories, instructions and documentation. They will be sent to the location specified by Outlete.es in the precise instructions for returning the product sent by email.

In the event that the return is not accepted by the supplier because it is understood that the product whose return is intended had been used, these products will remain in the distribution warehouse to be collected by the customer, for a period not exceeding thirty days from its return.

Packages that do not contain any attached element that allows the sender to be identified (order number, name, address,...) cannot be returned either.

The expenses and risks linked to the return of the product will be borne by the sender, who must send them safely and with the necessary guarantees so that the returned merchandise arrives in perfect condition. If you wish, Outelte.es has a home collection service with the customer's consent.

The return of the products will give rise to a refund equal to the purchase price of the returned product/s, without transport. Anyone who returns their product will receive an email informing them of the amount of their refund.
