This is the original manual from the 80's, prior to some of the techniques being changed, and/or replaced. This is the instructors manual so it is much more in depth than the quick reference manuals that are commonly used. I personally own quite a bit of Tracy's kenpo material, and this manual, as well as the old vhs tapes are both by far my favorites. 

The manual covers all techniques from Orange-3rd Brown. The last page of the manual, which just has the continued instructions for 3rd brown - technique #30- Retreating Phoenix is missing. 

The manual itself do show wear from usage. However it has been store properly, There isn't anything gross with the book. Examples- No food, or drinks have come into contact with any of this.
