Each item is made to order and takes up to 24 hours to dispatch. We are happy to personalise your item(s) for you or your recipient with the desired name. Each personalisation is completely unique and hand-finished by us. Unfortunately, as each item is handmade to your exact specifications, we are unable to provide a refund or facilitate returns. Please contact us before placing your order if you have any questions about the design or finish.

Replacements can be provided, at no additional cost to you, in the unfortunate event that your glasses case is damaged during transit. Replacements will only be provided once we receive your photographs of the damage and we have filed a case with the courier and they have investigated the delivery process. Please bare with us during this process.
