This is an early 1960's CROWN STP-80F 3-Speed Turntable and AM-FM radio portable unit. Includes an adaptor. 
This has a stylus switch for 78rpm records. 33rpm stylus has been tested and is functional. Unit closures are intact and functional. Both speakers work. 
The volume knob is a bit crackly, so it likely needs to be cleaned up to work best.
Size is ~12" x 10" x 6"
