I'm open to reasonable offers on most of my listings (hint -10%). But repeatedly making ridiculous offers or reneging on a deal will get you permanently blocked from my listings and you will reported to Ebay.I will not accept order cancellations for any reason once an offer price has been agreed upon. The acceptance of any offer by either party is a contract and payment must be made within 24hrs of offer acceptance. If you have won the item in an auction, payment must also be made within 24hrs.
Likewise, I will not accept order cancellations for any reason once you have bought and paid for any item. This too constitutes a contract so I strongly suggest you make sure that you definitely want what you are buyingbefore you part with your money!
As almost all deliveries are now through Ebay's own Simple Delivery process so unfortunately I can no longer offer combined shipping discounts. I have no control over this, sorry! I DO NOT get paid a penny for shipping or packing materials and therefore my only responsibility is to drop off the parcel at the Post Office.If it arrives damaged, or is late / lost, YOU will need to take this up directly Ebay as it is outwith my remit of care.I will only ship internationally via Ebay's Global Shipping Programme - the above criteria also apply here.
An item will be marked as despatched by Ebay once I generate a postage label - this does not mean it has actually been sent yet.I try to get to the Post Office at least twice a week (Mon-Fri) so your parcel might not actually get on its way for a couple of days.Please also note that due delivery dates shown by Ebay are ESTIMATES only and are not guaranteed dates. Tracking info should be uploaded to your order so you can keep track of your item.
