Open box return. For parts. Appears to be new but intermittently works. I could tap on the case and it would intermittently run. I disassembled the motor and found no springs for the brushes. I believe that is the issue. The gearbox looks new and new grease as well. Maybe use the brush springs from an old motor? Please see pictures.
