This listing is for a 3D printed ring that fits the older model Sturmey Archer 3D shifter arm. 

NOTE this does NOT fit all models, only the one pictured in the second photo, with the original plastic arm removed and the metal bare. 

You will receive the front and back plate, along with two stainless steel screws for assembly. 

This ring allows easy shifting of your 3 Speed hub, preventing the sometimes difficult shift from 1st to 2nd due to the position of the lever.
