My packaging consists of cardboard boxes with insulating material (paper, peanuts, etc.). I DO NOT ship in wooden or reinforced plastic crates geared to withstand palletization, stacking, wrapping, and the other stressors or exposures common to freight and international package shipping.
The coverage offered by any shipping insurance ENDS when the package is delivered to a US address. Neither I nor any US carrier will offer guarantees, refunds, or replacements for any missing, damaged, or altered packages beyond the point of US Delivery. I advise that you instruct your shipping agent to reject any packages that arrive at their US location in a damaged state.
If you choose to re-direct, purchasing insurance on the package and collecting on any claims will be your responsibility.
