Product Details

PSE highly portable dry-storage containers ensure that electrodes remain in optimal condition by allowing continued drying or moisture removal until the moment they are used. Simply transfer electrodes from a stationary drying oven or electrode bin and plug in the PSE at the welding station. Only the electrodes needed for the job are exposed while the remainder are stored for continued drying.

Excellent insulation and efficient operation ensure the electrodes remain moisture-free, for excellent welding quality without cracking or porosity.

Up to 10 kg electrode drying and storing capacity of electrodes in up to 450 mm length.

Adjustable thermostat to set temperature (60 to 200 °C) and uniform temperature distribution inside the drying oven.

Thick glass wool insulated steel construction and external electrostatic paint coating ensures high durability and long life
Excellent thermal insulation (-50 to +250 °C).

Convenient and quick elevating chamber for electrode removal.

400 W power heats up a full drying container to 200 °C in less than 2 hours.
