Has general cosmetic wear: cover discoloration and some staining on sides of pages. Pencil inside cover in blank intro page as shown.

The biggest wear is a section of pages are barely still attached. See pictures. They are bound tight but coming apart from the binding. Could use a repair.

The book feels very sturdy and the binding is nice and tight aside from the previously mentioned section. I didn’t see any rips or writing inside. No odors or water damage. A few pages have some staining, I pictured the worst of what I saw.
