Condition Statement:
I believe this bag is new as it still has tags attached but am listing as pre-owned because ebay authenticity might reject it because there are a couple marks on the dust bag. The rubberized plastic features some natural inconsistencies which is what is seen on the bottom. I don't believe this is wear.
