When you need special customization and decals, please contact us. We will reply to you as soon as possible and communicate about customization and decals online. Our customer service are ready to answer any question from you.
Wheelset can be assembled
We can assemble the wheelset. If you need to assemble the wheelset, please contact us and provide us with hubs, spokes and nipples. Or you can order hubs, spokes and nipples from us.
Note: Because the volume of the wheelset changes, the shipping fee will also increase, please be aware.
Packing and Shipping
We will pack your wheels carefully to ensure that they are in perfect conditions when you receive them. Some pictures below show how we pack rims safely.
We provide free shipping to almost every country in the world. The exact delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose, excluding processing time.
Buyers who expect DHL or FEDEX to be the shipping method need to check if your delivery address is located in a remote area. If yes, please contact us before you place the order. Shipping fees to remote area will be 35USD more expensive. If you are not sure, please contact us for more information.
Your parcel will be dispatched in about 6 business days after your payment goes through. For special specifications, it may take a bit longer. Tracking number will be provided as soon as your parcel is shipped, together with package pictures.

There is NO guarantee on specific arrival dates on ALL international mail. We are NOT responsible for any custom delays. Import Fees, Taxes, fees and charges are NOT included in item price or shipping cost. These charges are the Buyer's responsibilty.
