Shipping & Tracking (2026 update)

Due to postal/UPU changes effective 1 Jan 2026 items are shipped with postal tracking whenever available. Please note that for many destinations, collectibles shipped as letters travel with tracked non-signature service (tracking updates, but no signature).

If you prefer signature-on-delivery / higher security, please contact me before paying and I will quote an upgraded signed/parcel/courier option where available. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, peak periods, weather, or local postal backlogs. Tracking updates can be delayed or may show limited scans in some countries, especially for letter services.
Tracking information is provided by postal operators and may not always display consistently in eBay? s tracking view. If tracking appears not to update, please message me and I will help.

Unless otherwise stated, all stamps are to the best of my knowledge, genuine, correctly identified, and free from hidden defects.

• MH (mint hinged) and MNH (mint never hinged) items retain their full original gum.
• Coins are strictly uncirculated unless otherwise noted.

Shipping, Handling and Payments

• Combined shipping is available for multiple purchases. Please wait for a combined invoice before paying so I can adjust the total to reflect reduced shipping costs.
• Payment is kindly requested within 5 days. Unpaid orders may be canceled after that period.
• Returns: Returns are accepted in accordance with eBay policies. If an item is not as described, buyers may request a return within the applicable eBay Money Back Guarantee period. For other return requests, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. Any lot approved for return must be returned by the buyer intact in the same condition as received.
• Dispatch within three business days after cleared payment.
• If eBay does not allow you to request a combined total (this can happen on the mobile app or due to occasional checkout issues), you may pay as-is. I will refund any excess shipping charges promptly after payment (once the items can be packed together and the final postage is confirmed).
• Import duties/taxes: Any customs fees, import VAT, or handling charges are the buyer? s responsibility.

Shipping & Handling Fees

Due to recent postal rate adjustments, current rates are:

• Up to 50 g (depending on destination): $6 to $13.
• Over 50 g (depending on destination): $15.50 to $19.

The above prices apply to stamps and covers. Coins, pins, and larger lots may have different rates. Please contact me if in doubt.

Shipping cost is calculated by eBay based on destination. Rates may vary slightly depending on size, weight, and destination (shipping within the EU is generally less expensive). Any overpayment in postage will be promptly refunded. I ship worldwide to destinations available in eBay checkout (eBay-restricted locations excluded). India is excluded. Please ensure your eBay delivery address is correct before paying.

Due to the nature of mixed lots, it is not feasible to check every stamp individually. Descriptions are provided as a guide and should be read as follows:

• MNH lots: all stamps are assumed MNH.
• Mint lots: may contain a mix of MNH / MH / MNG.
• Used lots: may include CTO items.
• Unless specifically noted, material may include stamps with occasional faults (e.g., thins, imperfect perforations, creases, toning).

Please examine the images carefully. You will receive exactly what is shown.

For these lots, stock photos are used by default; any differences are limited to format/presentation (selvage, corner copies, se-tenant formats, pairs/strips).
