The hair comes partially braided back into a ponytail, with two front pieces loose around the face.
Eyes: Pale Violet
The doll has pierced ears and violet eye shadow. Glittery teal accents on eye shadow. Doll also has black top and bottom eyelashes.
Dress
Taffeta bodice with ombré mesh skirt. Bodice has sweetheart neckline with Swarovski crystal accents. Crystals are teal, blue, and magenta purple. Gathered ombré mesh shoulder straps in shades of teal, blue, and purple. Gold waistband. Skirt has purple taffeta lining and four layers of ombré mesh that match the shoulder straps. Top layer of mesh has embroidered appliqué in peacock feather design. Embroidery has shades of gold, teal, purple, and blue. Appliqué is longer on right side of dress. Dress closes in back with velcro.
Shoes
Gold sandals with matching soles. Gold toe strap with three peacock feathers. Peacock feathers are printed with glitter in shades of purple and teal. Gold vinyl at heel that goes up back of ankle. Criss-cross gold ankle straps lower on leg with a third strap around top of ankle.
Gloves
Elbow-length gloves made from iridescent purple fabric
Tiara
Gold metal tiara with magenta purple circular Swarovski stone accents. Large blue teardrop-shaped Swarovski stones along points of tiara.
Necklace
Purple satin ribbon necklace with blue teardrop-shaped Swarovski stone pendant hanging from the center. Gold clasp with American Girl hang tag.
Earrings
Gold stud earrings. Magenta purple Swarovski stones in center.

Gold purse shaped like a peacock. Lavender glitter peacock head and feathers printed on the sides of the purse. Gold wrist strap.
Certificate
White certificate of authenticity that states the number of dolls produced. Features illustration of doll. Back of certificate has blurbs on Design Information and Designer Bio.
Box Packaging
Unique purple box. Box fades from dark indigo at the bottom to a lighter purple at the top with star pattern in shades of gold, pink, purple, teal, and blue. Gold stars are metallic. American Girl logo printed in white on either side of box. Lid has a clear cover with Sapphire Splendor printed on it in white font with a gold peacock feather. Printed text at the bottom of lid reads American Girl Collector Series and has the Swarovski logo. Advertised for ages 8 and up. Purse and tiara are packaged in clear plastic inside of box. Back of box is light purple. Back has a sticker that reads Limited Edition: No more than 18,000 American Girl Sapphire Splendor Collector Dolls created worldwide. This sticker appears to cover an original printed version that stated 25,000 dolls were created.
