I do combine shipping on all orders shipping to the same address, and generally can combine items purchased within a few hours of each other.  If you order all of your items at once, you can click the "Request Combined Shipping" link from the shopping cart, and I will generate an invoice with the updated combined shipping cost for you.  I can generally get the invoice out to you within a few hours, but please allow up to a day for me to respond.  

If you don't or can't request an invoice, I will refund any excess shipping costs back to you once I pack and weigh the order.
