Intricate silver overlay pattern with cameos and flower baskets. Hand Blown Clear glass with a black enamel rim and a silver edge. Star bottom, ground glass.

Condition: Overall Excellent - very clean, some age wear and some of the silver design has worn away. still a beautiful display plate(see photos).
