It will work with any MFT lens however some may produce hotspots. I tried with Panasonic 14-42mm, 14-45mm, Olympus 30mm, Olympus 14-150mm and there were no hotspots, but Laowa 7.5mm and Olympus 45mm f/1.8 had hotspots.
White balance must be set to Custom where you record uniform color card or just grass.
White balance affects final image look.
As you will be creating Black and White images there is no additional steps for creating Camera Lens Profiles as with other wavelength filters- just convert image to Monochrome in Photoshop or Lightroom and tweak to desired results.
It is creative process but very pleasing.
Take images in a bright sunshine with blue sky to get best results.
Don't expect to have beautiful images straight out of the camera- a lot of creative post processing required :) . Don't be afraid to break the rules :)
