A rare antique "Change For A Sovereign" Playing Card Game. They were published in the 1860's by J Evans & Sons, 31 & 33 Old Street, London who entered the patent for the game at Stationers Hall, London. They were printed in London by Kronheim & Co, and they are a full pack of 56 cards and the rules booklet. They are square corned cards, measuring 3 5/8" or 93 mm long x 2 1/2" or 63 mm wide. They date to the Victorian period and are in good condition. Please see photos.
