I love this silhouette. The cropped length is perfect for high waist jeans or pants. (I have matching black velvet pants listed) The kimono sleeve is perfection. Perfect balance. This Brand does such pretty colors and this is one of them. They call the color Gunmetal Blue. I'd say a grayed medium blue with a hint of teal. If you are a blue eyed Girl and going to be taking a picture this would be beautiful!! If you're a brown eyed Girl like me and just like blue I agree. The all over tone on tone embroidery is just a bit a lighter, so you can see the detail. This polyester crushed velvet is light weight and soft. 

I think this is a top to have fun in. This has been a popular new style this year. We have it in T Shirt fabric and light weight cotton too. The velvet comes in 2 other colors, scarlet and black.

Please measure something you own and compare the measurements. Sizing is just not consistent anywhere. Even within the same Brand. I see it here with this Brand, some of the styles are very size flexible. Some Smalls are easily Medium to Large.
