Up for sale is a vintage Wayne Thiebaud poster from 1981 of "Shoe Rows" in a rare, classic 1980s yellow metal frame behind glass with cardboard backing. I believe the original painting was done in 1975, with the Walker Art Center holding an exhibit of Thiebaud's work later in 1981. Thiebaud's most expensive painting ("Four Pinball Machines") sold for $19m in July 2020. Some of his smaller, lesser known works can often be found in the $500-$1,000 range.

The frame has some scrapes as detailed in the photos. The glass is pretty much free of scratches, at least any that are very perceptible. I did not notice any as I cleaned it, but I can look more thoroughly if very important. For the photo detailing the bottom right of the front, that little black speck is actually behind the glass, and some other little pieces of debris may be scattered around, but that is the most prominent one.

The frame measures about 36" high by 21.5" wide. There will be no returns on this item. It will be shipped very carefully with "fragile" insignia, with an "X" of Painter's tape across the glass, and proper padded corners.
