  • Returns will ONLY be accepted if the item is unused, uninstalled,in the original packaging and in new condition. Any items that are defective in any way or incorrect parts may also be returned. We are not responsible for install mistakes. Items must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date.
  • All returns must be approved and issued a (Return Authorization) RA # for return. The RA # must be on the outside of each package with the RA # in a visible area. Any package without the RA # will be refused.
  • Buyer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items and to insure the package.
  • Any damage during return shipping is buyers liability, so please package well.
  • Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If any item is returned by choice that originally included free shipping (not a defective or performance claim), there will be a restocking fee deducted from the refund.
