Stunning colorized wedding photo. The white on her gown has a ghostly glow.

This appears to be from the 20's.

The glass is called bubble or concave and it has no flaws.

The photo appears to be in very good condition any spots appear to be a reflection from the inside of the glass (dust/spots on the internal glass).

Such a pretty oval frame is in a gold/brass color.  This appears to have been made in a lightweight wood. The frame is in very good condition.

The back needs a little work. It could use some new backing paper (a simple glue along the frame will hold the paper). You may want to remove the photo and clean the inside glass before gluing on new paper. The hanging string needs to be secured better.
