- 8 of the 24 network ports are not functioning properly. The non-working ports are all located within the far-right port group when viewing the unit from the front.
- The remaining 16 ports have been tested and are functioning as expected.
- Cosmetic condition indicates prior use, with visible scratches and signs of handling. This item is better described as used rather than open-box condition.
- The controller shown in the photos does not illuminate when connected to the non-working port group. As demonstrated in the additional photo, the controller powers on normally when connected to one of the functioning ports.
