There is NO FILM inside. It has already been removed for processing.
All of the other internal parts are still inside and have not been touched.
The AA Battery that powers the flash has NOT been removed and is still inside the camera. ***There is a capacitor inside the camera that holds an electrical charge and can shock you if you poke around the inside with your fingers or a metal object like a screwdriver. Buyer beware. I will not be held liable if you shock yourself.***
These camera shells are not reloadable so DO NOT buy these thinking that you can load a new roll of film into them. You will break the camera if you attempt this.
People like to make focus free lenses for their digital cameras using the plastic lens on these disposable cameras. There is a ton of info online on how to make them if you are interested.
