Function Buttons and Instruction
1. ON/OFF(Switch on/off) Put batteries into the battery room of the scale, Place thescale on a solid and flat board without wind and vibration,keep the bubble in the center of the black ring. Put ON/OFFwill show 88888 then 0.OOO, it's ready to work. PressON/OFF switch off the scale. If there is wind when weighing,please put down the wind shield.
2. UNlT(Unit switch button) Press [UNIT] to switch weighing unit: g/oz/gn/ct/t/ozt Press [UNIT] key for 4 seconds, all the units will light upand unit OZ blink, then press PCS to hold or close thisunit, Press UNIT to select next unit, unit g can not beclosed. Press [UNIT] for 4 seconds to return normalweighing state.
3. TARE Touch [TARE] to for Re-zero.
4. PCS(Counting function) Select 25pcs of samples(or 50,75, 100pcs of samples) Atnormal weighing state, put the samples on the scale, thenpress PCS 4 seconds and the scale shows the weight of thesamples, press PCS to confirm, then LCD will display PCS+sample value. You can put more articles, the scale will show"PCS XXX", which is quantity of articles.
Calibration Function Turn on the scale, press ON/OFF key 4 seconds, the scale shows 0 then the weight value(if the capacity is 30g, 30.000will blink) , put 30g calibration weight on it, and shows PASS,then calibration is completed. (20g calibration weight isincluded with the duct, you can press PCS to reduce theweight value to 20g, then put 20g weight to do thecalibration), when the calibration value blinks, press UNIT toincrease the value and PCS key to reduce the value.According to the amplitude of 10G to increase or reduce, wecan select the right calibration weight, the system willremember the last setting operation.IV. Auto power off setting.
Turn off the scale manually, press ON/OFF for 4 seconds and shows88888 and F1-1, Press UNIT to choose the correct poweron time(from O to 5), 0=do not power off automatically, 1-5means the scale will power off automatically when no anyoperation on this time.
