A bold and richly textured modernist still life, depicting a rustic jug, pears, and green fruits arranged on a table. Executed with heavy impasto and expressive brushwork.
The verso reveals a study of a seated figure, painted in bold strokes of yellow and blue with raw, expressive energy.
The work is housed in a vintage bronze-toned wooden frame that enhances its warm palette.
