Q: What is a shelf pull?
A: Many retailers will rotate inventory out if it is not selling well at a specific location. These may be items that sat on a shelf and were pulled for liquidation, or may be backstock that never actually made it to the retailer's shelf.
Q: What condition will the item be in?
A: Items are typically brand new, but may show signs of wear or may have been previously leaked on by other products. I do my best to clean items up, but it is typical to see non-sticky residue on the outer container, dented boxes, label residue or labels from the retailer (including "For sale at xyz store" or various price and/or clearance stickers) on the outer container. Nothing that impacts the actual product in any way. Any more serious damage will be clearly noted in the listing. All items are guaranteed to be new.
Q: What is the expiration date of this product?
A: For items with an expiration date, I do my best to locate the expiration date on items and note down what they are in my listings. For these items, I affix a barcode label to the outer packaging clearly indicating the best-by/expiration date for your convenience (and my own stock keeping sanity), and will notate the expiration in the item title or selection of the listing
Q: What should I do if I have an issue with an item?
A: If you have any issues with any products you purchase, or if you have any questions or concerns prior to purchase, please reach out and I will do my best to assist you.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds:
- Worry free 30 day returns or replacements if you have any issues with the product you receive. If you have an issue with an item you receive, please reach out to me and I'll do my best to find a resolution that works for everyone, whether it be a partial refund, a return, or a full refund. We do not charge a restocking fee, but items must be returned in the same condition as they were purchased or a deduction may be made from your refund amount. I do not charge any fees or make any deductions if an item was damaged or otherwise not received as advertised in the listing.
