1972 ISLE OF MAN "THREE LEGS" 10p COIN
Free post to the UK
In 1971 the Isle of Man introduced their first decimal coins. With the introduction of decimalisation so many coins were produced to replace the old currency that year that for the following three years (1972, 1973 & 1974) only 1,000 of each coin was made
These coins were quickly snapped up by collectors & are now very scarce
This 1972 10p coin features the Island's famous "Three Legs" symbol
The Queen Elizabeth II official coinage portrait is on the obverse of the coin
It is made from cupro-nickel & was struck at the Pobjoy Mint, Surrey, England
Although it has never been in general circulation it does have some marks so please refer to the photos as this is the actual coin you will receive
