Generator 
The generator is a component that converts the mechanical energy of impeller rotation into electrical energy. The 20 kw unit adopts high-efficiency multi-pole permanent magnet synchronous motor, which has the advantages of simple structure, reliable operation, high efficiency, small size, etc. The rated power of the generator is 20kw,   the rated voltage is 380V /400V, and the insulation class of the winding is F.
The generator is composed of stator, rotor, main shaft and otheraccessories. The generator stator is composed of stator core (silicon steel sheet), winding and other accessories; The rotor is composed of rotor core and permanent magnet.
The generator winding is three-phase output, and three virtual slots are set, which can better reduce the torque of the generator. The specially designed unique arrangement on the rotor magnetic pole makes its vibration and noise lower during operation.
The generator adopts passive natural air cooling, and the external wind in the air cools the winding through the stator core cooling teeth. When the external wind increases, the unit power increases, and the corresponding motor heat output increases, while the cooling efficiency also increases. Therefore, the temperature of the motor winding is kept at a relatively low level. At the same time, this cooling method does not require an independent fan or pump, which makes the overall efficiency and reliability of the motor higher. The stator winding material shall be insulation material of grade F or above, and the temperature rise shall be assessed according to grade B. The winding is soaked with high-performance polyesterimide insulation resin, and the excellent impregnation process ensures the insulation performance of the stator winding。
