1、 The selection of permanent magnet has been checked and calculated by the magnetic property of high temperature short circuit demagnetization, and the working point is above the inflection point of demagnetization curve with a safety factor left;
2、 When designing the generator, fully consider the demagnetization effect of the reverse magnetic field generated under special working conditions on the magnet. The performance parameters of the permanent magnet selected in the design can ensure that the working point of the permanent magnet is above the inflection point during overload, high temperature short circuit and lightning stroke, and thepermanent magnet will not produce permanent demagnetization;
3、The control system of the wind turbine generator unit has multiple protection functions such as temperature, speed, overcurrent, undervoltage, etc. Under abnormal conditions, the control system of the unit makes the generator have perfect and reliable protection;
4、Strict and high standard technical terms for permanent magnet procurement have been formulated to ensure the performance of each piece of permanent magnet material through quantitative technical indicators, process quality control and scientific finished product sampling and testing
5、Because NdFeB permanent magnet contains active rare earth elements, which are easy to oxidize and corrode, in order to improve its corrosion resistance, the surface of permanent magnet is galvanized, and a uniform and dense protective layer is formed on its surface through strict spraying process, significantly improving the corrosion resistance of permanent magnet。
