There are multiple holes drilled in to this artifact and it’s easy to see the likeness to a skull. It has a hard cream colored substance inside some of the holes that is clogging them. With as deep as the holes are drilled I have a theory that this may be a pipe as well.

I personally found this item in an ancient native camp along with other artifacts, near a body of water in Galveston County Texas on private land, with the permission of the land owner.
