Jade Snow Wong [1922-2006] (Chinese: 黃玉雪; pinyin: Huáng Yùxuě) Chinese-American San Francisco native, ceramic artist, and author of two memoirs. Wong's ceramics have been placed in the permanent collections of New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Detroit Institute of Arts, the Oakland Museum of California, the Joslyn Art Museum, and the International Ceramic Museum in Italy.
