A great, vintage divided plate from Sterling China in the popular "Nutmeg" pattern. This plate sports five sections and it measures 9 1/2 inches wide. White glossy ceramic with an airbrushed pattern of abstract natural shapes against a soft light-brown field. We believe this pattern was used in Walgreens lunch counters in the 1950s and '60s, although the backstamp indicates it came from later on in the '70s or '80s. Marked "Sterling China 98-A U.S.A." in green on underside. A sturdy yet beautifully crafted piece for your vintage diner dinnerware collection! Condition is Very Good, gently used with light wear and residue, no cracks or chips. Will ship via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority in a well-packed box. Thank you for looking.
