·      We are specialists: We specialise in Christopher Ward watches (plus a few other select brands) - from iconic Tridents to rare Bel Cantos. Whether you're after a modern classic or a discontinued gem, our selection offers something for everyone, whether you are dipping your toe in the premium watch market or a long-term enthusiast.

·      We are trusted: We are well known on the Christopher Ward Forum and all the CW Facebook groups - just ask there for references or do a quick search for previous feedback there. We have 100% positive feedback on eBay too. 

·      We offer friendly advice: The best bit about running a shop like this is the opportunity to talk watches with like-minded folk.

·      We have a wide selection of watches: We have more than one hundred past and present CWs ready in stock for immediate despatch, with just a small selection listed on eBay (due to the fees charged here).

·      We offer strap/bracelet options: We want you to get the watch on the strap that you like.  We have most of the current CW strap and bracelet options available (new and preloved) as well as an extensive selection of historical straps and bracelets.  We also have an extensive stock of spare parts for bracelets.  Please ask and we will be happy to help.

·      We offer part exchanges/trades: Always up for a part ex or trade (provided it's a CW). We buy watches too: we're always on the hunt for new stock, please get in touch if you're selling a CW or two.

·      All watches come with a warranty: We offer a minimum six month warranty for CWs (where the CW manufacturer warranty has expired). All warranties are extendable at an additional cost.

·      We quickly despatch and deliver: Generally, most items are shipped next day.  For items sold direct, in the UK, we use Royal Mail Special Delivery for watches (a next day service).  For the USA and the rest of the world, we use UPS which normally gets it there within a week. We've got no control over eBay's Global Shipping Programme mind - this seems to take a little longer.     

·      Our shipping is cheap: Other than using eBay's Global Shipping Programme (tied to here), shipping for watches is £9.95 in the UK, £28.95 worldwide.

·      Regular newsletter: We send out a regular newsletter to our subscribers - usually monthly or so giving advance notice of new stock listings before they go live on the site.

Please note that all our products are listed elsewhere.  When one sells on our site, we will take it off sale here as quickly as we can (and vice versa), but there may be a short period (particularly overnight when we're sleeping!) where it is showing as available but it has in fact been sold.  It is pretty rare that this happens, but please bear with us if it does - we always honour the first sale and refund the second with a sincere apology.
