RUSSIA #4518 ON REGISTERED 4K POSTAL STATIONERY PARACHUTE COVER + 6K CUT FROM STATIONERY- - You are bidding on one cacheted and addressed registered postal stationery cover with 4k Blue Coat of Arms and CCCP similar to Russia #4520 and mounting Russia #4518, the 3k Red Worker and Farmer and one 6k Pink TU154 Plane and Globe and Air Mail Envelope similar to Russia #4521 cut from postal stationery. Single 4k tied by 2-VIII-1980 Commemorative 50 Year Parachute cancellation with other two tied by 2880 Circle Date Cancellation. Backstamped with Bucuresti 09.08.80 Circle Date Cancellation. Flap is sealed and cover is slit open at right. A copy of a written description is included with the cover. 

The description states: Russian Postal Stationery Cover issued 11.12.1979 devoted to 50th Anniversary of Soviet Airborne Forces with special cancellation fro 2.VIII.1980 Moscow (the same anniversary as indicated on the cover text).

Note - I do not have any comprehension of Russian so this is my best guess based on what I can view.

Cover and stamps are sound.
