Quality
** These are sublimation patches (appear printed NOT embroidery unless stated otherwise in listing). If hook and loop is selected you will receive a patch with hook side. Loop side can be sent upon request. The images are mock-up and we try to have it come out as close as we can to the mock-up (colors may vary a little). Fine details may not appear as crisp. Please look at our reviews for examples.
** If your backing selection is hook and loop you will receive a patch with hook on the back adhered to it. It is not sewn on. It is attached with adhesive. This adhesive is strong and will not come off unless you really try to pull it off. The corners may life a little if it has not been firmly pressed but can be pushed back. If patch in heated again the adhesive may become active again and may lift on the corners but can always be pushed back and adhered.
** Iron-on patches are made to be ironed on with high heat. We use a heat press for ours to adhere with medium pressure. If you don't have a heatpress it may not adhere to your liking. When adhering patches do not iron directly on the surface of the patch add a piece of fabric between the iron/heatpress and press down firmly for 30-60 seconds. Let it cool then iron the garmet from the inside again for 30-60 seconds. Suggested heat is 300-350 degrees. A couple stitches in the corners is suggested if you have a sewing kit.
Shipping
** We use eBay standard envelopes to ship less than 4 patches. These envelopes don't provide the best tracking but rest assure you will receive your patch even if tracking doesn't update as fast as bubble mailers. If you order more than 4 patches we will ship in a bubble mailer with regular tracking. Since our shipping is free for patches we use these 2 options to keep shipping price down for our customers.

Shipping providers are know for scanning eBay standared envelopes hours or days before actually delivering them until hours or days later. If you still haven't received your patch 2 days after it states delivered please reach out to us and we will open a case. Please check your mailbox where your letters come for orders less than 4 patches. 4 or more patches will come in a bubble mailer and will arrive where your packages arrive but less than 4 will arrive with your letters in a brown postcard sized envelope.
Please read our reviews! We try to provide fast shipping and turn around time for patches but sometimes we are away at event for our business. We sometimes ship Saturdays but it is not guaranteed.

If you are absolutely not happy with your patch please let us know before you leave a negative review. We are happy to work with you regardless if listing says "no returns".
